What we collect
On this website we collect only the data you send us: the name, company, email, phone, employee count and message from the demo request form.
We also record the IP address and browser information on form submission to prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
- We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
- Fonts are served from our own server; visiting the site sends no request to a third party.
- Non-essential cookies are off by default.
Application data
Business data processed inside the Kumpara application (accounts, invoices, stock, banking) is separate from this website. Terms for application data are set out in the customer agreement, and tenant isolation is enforced at the database level.
Retention and deletion
- Demo enquiry records: retained for 12 months after the request is concluded, then deleted.
- Server and application logs: kept for a limited period for security review and deleted on a regular cycle.
- Backups: a deleted record may remain in backup copies until the backup cycle completes; backups are destroyed as a whole when they expire.
To request deletion, contact [email protected]; your request is handled within the period prescribed by law.
