No. Each business's data lives in its own space, enforced at the database level, so another customer's records can never appear in front of you.
How do I fix a record entered by mistake?
A draft can be edited or deleted. An approved document is cancelled instead: its effects are reversed while the record stays traceable, so your history is never quietly rewritten.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Backup and restore procedures are in place and restore drills are run regularly. Frequency and retention are stated in your service terms.
Can the support team see my data?
Only if you allow it. Support access is time-limited, revocable at any moment, and every access is logged. Without your grant nobody can enter your account.
