• Demo/enquiry data: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). No record is created unless the consent box is ticked, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
• Security data (IP, browser information): the legitimate interest of the controller (KVKK art. 5/2-f) — preventing abuse.
• Records subject to statutory retention: compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

The site and its database are hosted in Türkiye.

Your enquiry data is processed only within the following services and only to the extent necessary:

• Hosting: the server and database at the location stated above.
• Email delivery: the mail server used to notify the relevant team of your request.

Demo requests are retained for 12 months after the request is concluded, then deleted. Deletion runs automatically and can also be performed manually from the admin panel.
